In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by x11com will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the x11com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by any single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. x11com accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Immediately notifying x11com of any unauthorised access to your Account or any other security breach you become aware of.

x11com will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from x11com that requests your password or full payment card details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to x11com support immediately.

All Account balances on x11com are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction, and x11com accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

Deposits:

• x11com accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and Bitcoin.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x11com Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without recourse:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to circumvent the normal operation of the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with sportsbook betting markets;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing x11com staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings obtained as a result of a demonstrable technical error are void and will be recovered from the Account.

x11com cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where x11com has reasonable grounds to suspect criminal activity, it will report the matter to the relevant authorities and may freeze the Account and associated funds for the duration of any investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not, without the prior written consent of x11com:

• A user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
• A user has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Account closure is required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or legal reasons;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting x11com support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
